"OUT OF THE WOODS"
Typically, the idiom “Out of the Woods” means to arrive on the other side of difficulty. To us, “The Woods” is also a loving moniker for Dartmouth College in its rural and somewhat isolated New Hampshire setting. In this sense, the phrase takes on new meaning, as we discuss the trials and tribulations of entering, experiencing, and eventually leaving college.

A self-proclaimed Bay Area baddie, Julia hails from Oakland, California. At Dartmouth, she majors in English with a concentration in Creative Writing. She is a Pisces sun, Libra moon, Libra rising, making her a loyal af manic pixie basket case. Apart from her bed and her mama, she also loves her dog (@piperthenorfolk) and matcha oat milk lattes. She is a pre-Durant Warriors fan. Her ideal day is spent in sweatpants, and her favorite season is summer.

Always a jet setter, Steph was born in Guadalajara, Mexico, raised in Calgary, Alberta, and currently resides in Orange County, California and Squamish, BC. At Dartmouth, she is majoring in Geography modified with Sociology and is on the Alpine Ski Team. She is a Cancer sun, Scorpio moon, and Capricorn ascendant, making her a loyal, passionate, and ambitious rave fairy flower child. When she isn't on the slopes or playing pong, she's most likely dancing with @UjimaDanceTroupe! Her ideal day is spent poolside by a beach or hanging out at home with her two dogs.

No, she's not from "right outside of" but from the city itself, Annie hails from Boston, Massachusetts. At Dartmouth, she majors in Art History modified with Digital Arts and dabbled on the squash team for the past four years. She is a ~vegetarian~ Gemini sun, Scorpio moon, Cancer rising, making her unpredictable, indecisive, easy-going, and a huge chiller. When she isn't moon gazing, Annie enjoys consuming churros in large quantities. Her ideal day is spent on the ocean with her blonde hair flowing in the wind.
